Consumers complain of high call charges, but even the more savvy ones have been caught out unaware that the likes of Vodafone, O2 and T-Mobile have recently increased their charges. In the case of Vodafone, they have increased their call charges to contract customers by 25 per cent. The note sent to contract customers did not mention the price rise but that “things will be changing a little” and that “these small changes shouldn’t affect you much, so there’s nothing for you to do.”
Just ditching Vodafone may be “something” for you to do.?
