Hospitals Forum
The mean-spiritedness permeating so many aspects of life today, has finally reached
our Hospitals. Patientline is extorting exorbitant amounts of money from patients
using the installed telephone equipment but also callers are forced to listen to
pre-recorded messages lasting around 80 seconds - at the callers expense.
This is adding insult to injury as Hospitals still suffer from unhygienic conditions
and numerous bugs, indifference to patients , long waiting queues and inexcusably
high Car Parking charges.
