A unique perspective - The truth matters .

Did we really ever imagine that this could happen, knowing full well that the law makers and system that they were trying to influence could and would be changed in our great country (if it can be called that anymore) and the corrupt elite were doing dodgy dealings in the House Of Lords.
The questions remain unanswered as to how many people in the Lords are actually up to no good, how long has this been going on and who are the main companies who are trying to influence law makers.
You can bet that the people involved have been doing this for as long as we have been having hot dinners – bearing in mind the most recent person to be caught on tape offering to change laws for cash was Lord Taylor (with 31 yrs service behind him) and he did not seem to think he had done anything wrong when questioned in the house.
His response was if he had done anything to bring the house in to disrepute then he was very sorry but actually what he had done and much more besides is bring himself into disrepute.
Here at NewsCast Review we will be keeping an eye on this story and finding out what if anything is going to be done about the corruption in the House of Lords. We are sure that the five person committee of Lords who will investigate this matter will not rule against their colleagues. To rule against them would make matters worse. The worst that can be demanded is a public apology in the house. If they are prosecuted and jailed they are still free to return to the house. What a great idea, catch the crooks, jail them and let them carry on ruling the country after they have been released from prison. What a way to go and what a great country we are going to end up being, if we do that.

A bunch of crooks running the country?
Corruption In House Of Lords
The House of Lords was considered at one point as the highest house in the land by
not just the people inside that house but also observers and common folk alike. It
was also considered as the ultimate in authority and fairness by foreigners looking
at our political system.
Recent corrupt actions by three or four members of the house that we are aware of
may just be the tip of the iceberg in the cash for law changing scandal.
It is common
place for a banana republic’s elite to take bribes in the corridors of power to change
laws and bring about reforms that suit a particular group of people and criminals
were happy to pay it to grease the system.
