Lost or delayed baggage?
Or horrendous delays, it’s always the traveller that suffers. Added to this are high ticket prices charged by scheduled Airlines, but passengers fare no better in the hands of budget Airlines with additional charges for any and all services they provide and including silly charges like a “charge for checking in”.
Airline complaints are increasing, and it’s hardly surprising when you consider poor food, cramped sitting, lost luggage and poor service.
